Three All-Star Pendant Lights

There are pendants, and then there are pendants. And these three lights definitely fit into the latter category of fixtures that command special attention. Bold yet classic, modern yet timeless, attention-seeking yet versatile and most definitely statement pieces, they are the rare lights that work in nearly every room in the house even as they steal the scene. What’s more, they also lend themselves to dizzying degrees of customization, from color to finish to material selection.

So, without further ado, let us reintroduce you to this all-star trio of workhorse wonders:

Mac, Globus and Lundy

Mac shown in RAL #9002 Grey White powder coat finish with hewn brass accents and hewn brass shade interior finish.

Polished but never pretentious, the brass Mac pendant is instantly at home wherever it hangs—though it has become a prime go-to for kitchen islands and culinary workspaces.

Globus shown in Farrow & Ball #88 Lamp Room Grey paint selection finish with polished nickel secondary finish, polished nickel accents and partially etched glass.

A scalable sphere that takes the traditional globe light up a notch, Globus packs loads of possibilities for color and finish customization, and includes a range of glass options—from transparent to frosted to mirrored, to showcase or disguise the inner cluster of bulbs, as desired.

Another prep station or kitchen island favorite, our Lundy pendant was inspired by fixtures popularized in France in the 1940s and 1950s, and is perfectly suited to a pop of elevated color or a flash of mixed metals.
