Spotlight on Skinny Sconces

Skinny sconces aren’t just a decorative lighting element—they’re as crucial to a room’s overall aesthetic and fundamental design plan as, say, a pendant that hangs over a kitchen island or a dining room chandelier.

And for good reason. Packing an outsized impact in a scaled down package, the beauty of these fixtures is as much in their utility as it is in their ability to support, complement and elevate the underlying intention of a space. A natural fit for tight spaces and alcoves, they can also add balance and punctuated gravitas to otherwise airy rooms. Standalone or in multiples, flanking art or illuminating a mirrored surface, there’s seldom a spot that couldn’t benefit from the addition of these endlessly versatile pieces.
